Okay, so you’re making a quick run into your favorite independent bookstore to pick up the latest YA novel. You have, like, a million to choose from. You flip over or open to read to book blurb. What I want to know is what is the one element a book absolutely must have for you to plunk down your dollars to take it home?

OOPS! I accidentally voted twice, so I might skew the results! Sorry, TLC! Also, this is a tough one, b/c I love fantasy, but I'm a sucker for a good angsty teen romance that has a real plot. Yours was equal parts both, so it was perfect for me. :)
