Last time I talked about what I'm writing I was gearing up to charge through
NaNoMaMo with Secret Project WOO and Secret Project GIT.
Guess what? I'm still working on them. Sort of. Here's the update...
1. Secret Project WOO -- Instead of pushing through the first draft this month (which has turned out to be crazy in oh so many ways) I'm downgrading to just the proposal. I've plotted the entire story (a Scrivener-assisted miracle, I swear) and I have a draft of the sample chapters. Now I just need to flesh out those chapters and polish the synopsis.
2. Secret Project GIT -- I haven't written any new pages on this, the first Oh. My. Gods. novella, but I did find the first 5,000 words I'd already written. I also have the synopsis done and broken up into manageable bits in Scrivener. Now it's just a matter of busting out the pages.
I'm traveling for the last ten days of the month, but they're low-key travel days, so writing will still be possible. I still think I can have both of these things accomplished by the end of the month, or the first week of April, at the very latest.
What are you writing?
Hugs,
TLC
